Thanks for breaking this down into bite size pieces. I have a tendency to try and take everything in all at once which always leads to information overload. Then I get frustrated and never take action. I’m glad I’ll have to digest this more slowly.

Hi guys, I have just read most of he comments and I think that this Program is just what I was looking for and thank God I think I found it with you guys and IPOD .
I have been a Realtor for 15 years but although REI called my attention I just never got really into it, but NOW I am pretty sure that it’s my time.
I am ready and willing to do it and with your help I must certainly will.
I am a newbie and can’t wait for my first Tuesday into your program

Hello Patrick! … I couldn’t hear anything clear…., only the introduction was good. the rest was on and off.

    • Patrick Riddle Reply

Hey Juan, it sounds like your computer is just playing the audio in mono instead of stereo. Try plugging in some ear buds or head phones and that should work. Or in your settings on your computer under audio, you may be able to change from mono to stereo.

Not sure if this would help but you could also try a different web browser.

I just went through your Welcome to the Family video and sure enough. Everything you say there is 100% true without any lies there. I’m a real state investor having realtors look for deals for me. I finance them and have my crew fix them ASAP to place those properties back in the market and sell them fast to minimize my loss of profit by holding on to them. You Patrick and JP hit it right on the spot. I have to learn about wholesaling and other strategies available to be more profitable. I enjoy that video and took as many notes as possible since it will help me in my future deals to come. Keep it up guys, thank you. Al

Starting from the perspective of how I can contribute to the success of those around me, instead of focusing on the scads of money available to be made, eases concerns I’ve had looking at other investment gurus. I don’t want to be captured by the spirit of mammon, but I don’t want that fear to prevent me from investing. I’d say we found a good fit, and I’m looking forward to learning from you.

thank you for taking the time to do an introduction to the first lesson. I guess i started some time back after reading some of Dale Carnegie’s material and then it was Charlton Sheets, Donald Trump @Jacobs Convention center and a host of others. I have even spent a couple of years as a Real Estate salesperson in Manhattan renting apartments until my body ache but i wasn’t the one getting paid. i learned a lot but i also learned that there was definitely a better way. I don’t know how i am going to make this work, this is only a snap shot of what i have been doing and how my interest has come to this point. Looking forward to continuing this journey.

It’s a challenge to stay on for over an hour and 20 minutes. I tried to take notes and then go back to where I left off at 48:20.
Is there a way to speed through the part we already did to get to where we left off? It doesn’t seem to allow for this..

Thanks for your presentation.the things I found most important ” who you know” how you say things, mimicking and mirrored people, follow up after meeting, and listen to others. My problem is that after a short initiation follow with questions you describe people give me a short answer and of they go to talk to someone they want to talk to. In qoustion what I do…I’m lost for words because I’m not sure what I do.. rental, flips, wholesale, notes foreclosure,. I read about all and liken all., but without money resources they all seem farfetch. I’m looking forward next week and next session with you guys. I’m sure that many new investors can learn a lot good staff.

    • Patrick Riddle Reply

Glad you’re enjoying the training Donna.

The IPOD program shows you how to find good deals… and walks through step by step how to wholesale them for quick cash. That’s where I suggest you start. Wholesaling is the easiest way to get started in real estate. You won’t need funding to close this type of deal. We go over all the transactional details later in the training program.

Just keep studying, asking questions, and taking action.

      – Patrick

If you haven’t already tried to refresh your page, try that first. If that still doesn’t work, go to a different browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc) and see if the video plays. Many times, it’s a “browser” issue for one reason or another.

Hey Robert, it sounds like your computer is just playing the audio in mono instead of stereo. Try plugging in some ear buds and that should work. Or in your settings on your computer under audio, you may be able to change from mono to stereo.

I really liked the idea of starting each day with gratitude with the thank you cards. I love to receive hand written letters and that is getting lost with text messages and emails. I also appreciated the ‘how can I help you’ emphasis. The more you give, the more you receive back. Thanks guys. I have used both Carlton Sheets and Robert Kiyosaki. Education is important and there is always something to learn.

Awesome information about communication! Most of it I already do but I will practice with more intent from now on!
It reminded me of the way Oprah Winfrey talks to her guests on her show. She even speaks the way they do! She uses all the “mind tricks” mentioned in the training and is a good example of someone that uses matching and mimickery when communicating and building rapport. Check her out!

    • Patrick Riddle Reply

She’s a master communicator for sure. Will have to watch closer next time I see her on tv.

      Glad you enjoyed the info!

As a General Contractor by trade for 35 years in residential construction, I agree with the value of good people in business and treating them well when they provide you with quality work and rapport with people and your clients.
This information comes right out of Biblical teaching from Christ Himself as to how to treat people. I do struggle in some of these areas so great lessons here.
I’ve been looking for years and thousands of $$ and have yet to do a deal. Never feared anything in construction, but fear this so hopefully this will get me and my beautiful gift of a wife from the Lord over the top and start to wholesale deals. That’s where we have to start because of lack of funds and other things.
Happy New Year to you both, your families and may the Lord bless you and your families and everyone involved with your programs.

    Patrick & JP!

Wow! Love the program! This program is exactly just what I Need and am looking for! Yes, I have looked at many programs, but this is the one for me!!
I have done my homework. I have been a R.E. Broker and have owned my own Mtg. Co. Loved it all, but now I am actively retired. I too, Patrick, was making well over 6 figures a year in partnership with a Real Estate Appraiser & ended up losing everything, my home included. Like you, I had to start all over again! I am living on my SS and have been traveling etc. Now, I have been researching, and what you are offering, sounds exactly what I need and is right ‘down my ally’! You two are SO Generous! I am so thankful, for not only your wonderful program, but for your helpfulness to people like me! I am really stoked about being here, though I am pretty busy. I am making the time & taking the time!! My laptop goes wherever I go and I have a belkin that will connect to wherever I am, to a monitor or TV. I am in the middle of the AMP session right now! You Two are the Best! I am sure there will be questions, but right now I am good and awaiting the next Core Training#2 next week. In the mean time, will enjoy the AMP Sessions and Bonuses. Are you connected with ‘Freedom Soft’ as well? I looked at that program, but I cannot afford it right now & also it is more into ‘flipping houses’ than I want to be etc. Your program is truly a ‘Dream Come True” guys!!!! Jan Elliott

    • Patrick Riddle Reply

That’s awesome to hear… that the IPOD program is a “dream come true.” Glad you’re loving it!!!

Freedomsoft is mainly geared towards wholesalers… and I think is best for folks who are already actively closing deals. You definitely don’t need any software program to get some deals closed.

    • Allan Gibbings Reply

Having read Think and Grow Rich several times, when I was a Life Insurance salesman, then as a World Book and Encyclopedia Britannica salesman, then just for fun, I was truly impressed with Henry Ford’s response. Why saddle your mind with unnecessary baggage. Why carry more load than necessary. It’s like Arnold said in the movie Pumping Iron when asked why he lifted weights that were relatively light compared with the other guys. “My goal is not to be the strongest guy in the gym. Just to be the biggest guy. If I can build the biggest and best chest benching 200 pounds, while should I risk hurting myself lifting 500 lbs?” The point is, you need some specialized information, but you cannot specialize in all areas, so surround yourself with a group of people who each specialize in area that you need, and so free up yourself to pursue your main task as an RE investor – FINDING DEALS! JP, got a lot of good tips from ur stuff (especially loved the Jedi mind tricks). But, there is a problem…I could not hear Patrick at all. I could hear you loud and clear, but every time Patrick would interject something there was just silence, like his mic was not working or something. Anyway, would love to hear his pointers too but just excited about moving forward with this. Thanks for all you guys do for us!!!!

JP and Patrick, I read several of the other replies and saw that several other people were having audio problems also with “Your Dream Team on Demand” but saw a response from Patrick (I think) to someone having a similar audio problem and he suggested that they try plugging in ear phones. So, I went and got my ear buds plugged them in and wa lah…it worked like a charm! I could hear Patrick and you both great! you (JP) in my right ear and Patrick in my left. So, without the ear buds my computer speakers must have just been mono and not stereo. just thought this might be helpful to others having a similar problem.

And my first hello to Patrick fellow Charlestonian, my daughter was born in N. Charleston in 1972 and I still have family in Monks Corner and Goose Creek.

I’m taking this training and running with it and do expect to be cashing a check within the next 30 days.

Thanks Again JP, Patrick and Charity.

Took Private Money On Demand a couple years ago and implemented enough to get my first non-family private money. The system Works! At the time I was not ready to continue the ongoing Strategic Insiders Circle but am in a place in my investing where this is the right time for more 1 on 1 coaching and the approach Patrick and JP are taking is just the right level of coaching for me right now. I also lead a fast growing REIA in Eastern Iowa and I am always looking for training to recommend to members of my group, many of whom are newbies. Can’t stress enough how important it is to know the other investors in your area and to network with them. Liz Nichols

Hey Liz, congrats on your success with Private Money On Demand. Thanks for sharing!

It’s great to have you in the IPOD program.

I’m looking for the rest of the pieces of my investor puzzle to be put together through this website, because after 3 years, I’m STILL waiting for my first 10K wholesale check……did 4 deals this past summer and owner financed my foreclosure purchase 2 and 1/2 years ago, at $500 a month for cash flow, but can’t find MOTIVATED sellers in the last 3 months, so that’s what I’m wanting to get out of this training….:)

    • Charity Reply

Hi Amanda. Thanks for reaching out. This program has just what you are looking for! In Module 2 we teach how to find this untapped group of property owners. I hope that you will have great success with it and finally get that big payday you have been looking for. Keep us posted on your progress.

      • Amanda Bridges Reply

So is Module 2 coming out TODAY on Monday? That’s what I understood in the training that I just went through last week. I’m looking forward to finding out about this untapped group of property owners…. Am calling property owners on craigslist, because none of my marketing from the last 3 months has produced ANYTHING at all worthwhile – just more UNMOTIVATED sellers….. so when is Module 2 coming out???

        • Hi, Amanda — the new core modules (mod 1, mod 2, etc.) will all be released on TUESDAYS. Sorry for any confusion. But watch your inbox on Tuesdays especially for the next few weeks. We’ll also be sharing a number of fresh Amp sessions on other days in between 🙂 You should be getting a steady stream of content for a while, and for each new thing that gets posted for you, you’ll get an email to let you know. Hope that helps!

I enjoyed the first AMP session and great tips on mirroring people’s rate of speech and body movements. This seems like it will be a good mentoring program.

I was really enjoying this first amp session. And just as I was reaching the area where you were speaking about an accountability partner. The video stopped playing. I was at 59:23 of what was supposed to be 83:25. I had know problems up until that point. Any ideas for me RK

    • Hi, Rory…sorry for the problem. It doesn’t seem to be one we’ve heard from others though. Makes me think it’s maybe a browser glitch. My first suggestion is to try another browser entirely – like Chrome or Firefox. Next would be shutting down then rebooting your browser, then trying the video again. Wait for it to buffer past the point where it cut off for you last time, then just move the slider over to that spot and pick up there. Better yet, try rebooting your whole computer, then giving it a go.

Since we haven’t heard this issue from others, I’d be willing to lay money on it being a browser issue.

      • Stanley Ehnis Reply

We heard Patrick, but no sound when referring to JP.

  70. Jimena Tavera Reply

90% of this video has no sound.

    • Hi, Jimena. I’m sorry for the issue you’re having. However the video seems to be working on our end. May I recommend that you try:

      – closing/reopening your internet browser, then try the video again
      – trying it in a completely different browser (Firefox, Chrome)
      – Rebooting your computer

If you try all three of those, chances are one of them will do the trick for you. Sounds like a temporary glitch though, as no one else seems to be reporting it.

Looking forward to week 1 but why can’t I access any of the links on the right? Recent Insider Trainings, etc.

    • Hi, Brian…those links are for our coaching students. Sorry for the confusion. We use this website as a hub for all of our training programs. With our “Strategic Investor Insider” coaching students, we do monthly training calls, Q&A calls, weekly lessons, etc. That’s what those links are for.

My Team, this is great valuable powerful information, but does no good if not executed! I totally agree with that. I have been building the dream team with out even knowing it. Just from what I have learned going to REIA meetings, networking etc…. The concepts of building relationships that you all taught in communications will make you stand out for sure!
We all already have the most powerful weapon in the world and most of us don’t use it correctly. this training really sharpened my skill set for it. The weapon we all have is the tongue. Information is power. It’s also important to know that you My Team have our backs for support, because I don’t know everything! I look forward to what’s coming & how to use it effectively, I am ready to CRUSH IT!

Guys, I want to thank you for your down to earth communication about real events and skill sets needed…I am not a young man, I have spent many years in my life sharpening my axe, but realized today that it is easy to get away from the basics with the hectic world we live in…again thank you for your honesty and candor

    • Thank you, David! Affirmation heard and warmly received! 🙂

  79. Bill Ransom Reply

I’ve sent thank you notes to my customers for several years. I think they’re really powerful for folks who are 50 years old and up. I don’t have a good feeling about sending them to the younger folks — thank you notes probably end up in the trash pretty quickly.

As a fairy new real estate investor I’ve been sending thank you notes to anyone who I’ve met with about doing a deal on their house. It hasn’t paid off yet, but maybe some day it will.

Thanks for the info JP and Patrick. Looking forward to the classes.

    • I hear ya on the TY notes, Bill. For years they basically meant nothing to me and I’d just read ’em real quick, then drop them in the trash. But now that I’ve started my daily gratitude ritual of writing one thank you note every day M-F, my perspective has changed entirely. And I can’t tell you how many people (you folks too) have taken the time to email or call me to specifically thank ME for sending them a thank you note.

I think the trick is getting the TY note when it’s not normally expected culturally. Everyone gets a TY note for coming to a party or baby shower, wedding, etc. But when you get a TY note from someone, who just wants to express gratitude for your friendship… or for the time, effort and value you contributed in having lunch with them… that’s the kind of thing that really makes an impact. Sometimes a life-changing one.

Try it…you’ll see. And thanks for commenting!

My biggest frustration has been reliability. Most of the PA’s that I have interviewed don’t want to commit to a work ethic that gets it done NOW. I will keep looking; the use of Craigslist is where I have yet to go. Up to now I have tried Networking with the REIA Members here in Dayton.

    Thanks, JP

Cant WAIT for the next 4 weeks, as a team builder myself as well, this is very important, and use constant adjustment to develop the system. BIG ears waiting to be coach-able. willing, ready, and able… if we follow what these gentleman teach, we cant fail! i learned from PMBP day one, FIX your thoughts first, get ready to learn, and follow the system exactly as instructed, never go of coarse or get ahead.

If you command, and demand greatness from yourself, the great team you seek to build will start to follow you, and their performance will be nothing less than what you promote to yourself.

Great stuff cant wait for more. Thank you guys

I liked the Communications details, even though I have seen them for many years in Corporate America. You forget too quickly and easily, if you don’t keep doing these skills on an ongoing basis. Great reminders that I needed. Thanks.

My acquiring the “Professionals” for the Dream Team cause me a lot less trauma than the finding the detail workers for working daily on the chores we need to succeed. The latter will take me longer to get a really effective team than the former. Thank you for outlining the former. How do I find reliable Personal Assistants within the local community?

Thank you for the initial steps to get started. You both did a great job! I am impressed.

    • JP Reply

Hi, Don…glad you enjoyed this session.

Regarding hiring a reliable, local personal assistant…right now there’s a treasure trove of good people looking for work on Craigslist actually. Have you considered posting for a personal assistant there? Not sure exactly what your needs are, but if you can post a clear job description, and give folks a couple of easy hoops to jump through in your ad, just to make sure they’re paying attention and willing to follow instructions, then you’ll probably get more than a few solid prospects I’d bet. What have your frustrations been with hiring an assistant up to now?

Thanks for commenting…and for being here!

Very poor volum from audio of program.

    • JP Reply

Hi, John…you mean the audio part of the video wasn’t working well for you? I’m not sure what the problem could have been, but I’m sorry you couldn’t hear it well. I just checked it again here on my end and it sounds loud and clear to me (curious)

Just an idea: Maybe the volume wasn’t up all the way? There are TWO different places you could check to turn the volume up… on your computer (of course) and also on the video above, there’s a volume control in the lower-right corner of the video when it’s playing. You may want to check them both when watching the video to ensure it’s up sufficiently in both places.
