Here’s My Script for Cash Buyers

Hey guys, it’s that time again – time to Swipe & Deploy one of our most prized best practices. We love providing you with an insider’s “VIP” view, and today is no exception.

Today is all about one amazing wholesaler resource that we tweaked and improved after some valuable trial and error, and man has it made a world of difference.

I’m talking about our own questionnaire, the template we’ve used in our wholesaling business when talking to cash buyers and ultimately trying to add them to our cash buyer database. But we realized that one factor was keeping us from effectively using this questionnaire to our advantage.


We’ve all got them, and for some, the phone call jitters can sometimes make the questionnaire process clunky, sloppy and unprofessional.

In short, the questionnaire was killing our wholesaling mojo.

A Little Change Goes a Long Way

The solution? A quick transformation from questionnaire to structured script dramatically improved the flow of our conversation with cash buyers.

The goal is to sound casual, professional and conversational, right? So the key is to reference the script throughout the call without sounding like you’re reading it verbatim.

Sound challenging? Nahhh. It’s easier than you think.

Now, we record all calls instead of writing them down, and then the recordings are sent to our virtual assistant who takes down the responses and adds them to our cash buyer database.

And, voila!

Just like that we’ve eliminated those awkward pauses and disruptions in the flow of conversation, making for a productive, results-driven cash buyer phone call.
