4 Key Traits SUPERinvestors Possess

flashYou probably dreamed of being a superhero when you were a kid. Who didn’t? I’m still waiting for X-ray vision and the ability to leap tall buildings in a single bound. You know you are too!

But the reality is, I’m just me, Director of Awesome, JP Moses.

What I’ve discovered, however, now that I’m a seasoned real estate investor and an adult (sometimes)… is that I can be a Super Investor instead of a superhero, and that’s the next best thing in my book.

Defining a Super Investor

So what sets your typical investor apart from the super investor? Is it bulging biceps and the gift of looking good in tights?

One can only hope… not.

All jokes aside, what sets the super investor apart from your ordinary investor is die-hard motivation, for starters. After that, what defines a super investor is all about having a working knowledge of real estate (duh), knowing how to create deals and understanding effective marketing strategies.

But really it’s about the Big 4…the why, where, how and what. You need to get in touch with why you’re in the real estate investment business, where you want your business to go, how you’re going to get there and what motivates you – long term.
