    The question on one caller whom had difficulty asking about mortgage balance. Good answer. After explaining the proximate amount is essential to the process of determining if it is a good fit for them and the investor, thus not wasting value time make sense. After the second attempt to get that information from them will expose their motivation level, if any at all.

    • Hi Reddrick! We can talk about anything you want… you just have to either (i) show up for the live Q&A and ask us, or (ii) submit your question in advance. There’s always a place you can do that ahead of time if you can’t make the live call for some reason. Bring it on!

    Hi my name is Reddrick Whatley and my question is how can you get sample assignment contracts when dealing with both buyers/seller and how do you get on the HUD.
