    This is so helpful. However When I go to Linkedin and look for these people I have to put in a zipcode. For these areas there are tons of zip codes per google search. How in the world do I know which zip code to pick in that area for my linked in search? Thanks.

    I Absolutely love it!!!!! With this technique alone anyone can make a ton of money. You actually have the wholesaler and the buyer and just have to use the templates and letters to make the money.
    it can’t be easier than this. That’s what makes it so beautiful.
    I’m going to research the top market in the u.s then search for wholesalers in that zip code, cash buyers, I will put a and b together and then end up with C.

    I’d like your opinion, Justin. What sort of business profile should I create on LI.? Can I represent myself as a buyer service to wholesalers as well as a source of inventory to buyers at the same time? Hard to emphasize one except at the expense of the other. But LI is definitely a good idea.

    technical problem, Justin. For some reason, the video halts in the middle (at 5:28 to be precise), so I could not watch it till the end. Very frustrating. Never struck this before so I can’t explain it. The video does the same whenever I replay. Stops at 5:28 every time and will not resume. This problem also happened with your module 2, but you supplied a download which I could view. Is there a way I can view the video? If I could download the file, I might get it to run.

    hey justin how are you doing ? i posted on a payed blog and i i have other wholesale paid pages that when i posted saying listen up real investors with real inventory and have a contract directly with seller we are buying all the property we can get our hands on in all these areas…… and i have gotten about 20 calls with wholesalers in orlando miami north carolina and dallas texas now i have all these leads before not knowing those markets . and before having buyers out there.

      Awesome John! this is a great model to add to your existing business. I HIGHLY recommend paying special attention to step 3 of Mod 2. If you get an OM in place to build your co wholesaler and cash buyer pipelines for you, there’s no reason you cant add at least 2-3 deals per month to your biz requiring just a few hours per week from you personally.

      Yes Christian. They actually changed their business membership model shortly after the release of our training content course here. Good news is you still get the names of the individuals, which is all you need if you just plug them into or if handing the list off to a VA to look up for you (recommended). With that said, the paid LinkedIn version is MORE than worth the monthly fee and makes your pipeline building much quicker and easier as the new paid version is now better than the previous free versions.

        Their model changes yet more. I see they reduced details further, so you no longer get surnames unless you upgrade. (e.g. “Larry L. Real Estate wholesaler, Melbourne, S Florida” is an instance of a return)

          Yes Chris and its a bummer, but well worth the $. The cost is minimal in comparison to how quickly and efficiently it will allow you to build your co wholesaler and cash buyer pipelines. With focus, there is no reason you cant get a deal or two done by the time the bill is due. Thats the great thing about this biz ๐Ÿ˜‰

After going through the steps of the 10 minute webpages (as easy as it may be), I felt like my head was going to explode (not a tech wiz by a longshot) and I’m still waiting for someone to respond to my Fiverr (ok so its only been 24 hours but I’ve got so many ‘Why’s’ that every since I started this journey I literally can not sleep!). I have used Linked in before and started a running list of buyers who gave their contact info as a result of other ads (many obviously phantom because the person never responded to many of the questions) but had no direction as to what to do with these nationwide buyers (I was limited to my area). Now I am hopeful that even if the webpage takes a while, I can get moving and begin to see results! Again, thank you.

      The above two principles will not only get your webpages up asap, but lead you to any goals you set. Just always follow these and the universe has a funny way of molding around you.

        I made the website myself… I’ve been building websites for years, but this is the best website I’ve ever made.

        I want to give you credit for it because you “solidified” the crazy, vague idea I had with simplicity.

        I watched this LinkedIn training Wednesday night… Thursday morning I started to put it into practice, and I already have a developer in San Diego, a group of rehabers in the Bay Area and some more cash buyers lined up waiting for my deals.

        This morning I also got a call from a wholesaler from Tampa, Florida saying he found me on LinkedIn, and he wants me to help him sell his wholesale deals and do long-term business with me.

        I also got some contact from Craigslist using your template, but that’s out of topic…

        My wife, my operations manager and I are really excited for seeing such fast results!
